General information What is the mind+move app?

Whether you prefer to collect steps or concentrate fully on the moment - you decide. Each challenge brings you either relaxation or more exercise and a reward at the end. The DigiCoach accompanies you and shows you how it works.

mind-Challenge

In the app you will find 30 mindfulness exercises that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life.
The following challenges can be completed by all mhplus customers aged 15 and over:

  • basic: one exercise a day for 2 weeks, with 1 day off per week.
  • smart: one exercise a day for 10 weeks plus weekly questions, with 1 day off per week.
  • pro: 40 weeks of one exercise per day plus weekly questions, with 1 free day per week.

You always start with the basic challenge and can then choose smart or pro.

move-Challenge

The move challenges are all about the number of steps you take! It's a simple way to get more exercise in your everyday life.
The following challenges can be completed by all mhplus customers aged 15 and over:

  • warmUp: Walk 70,000 steps in one week.
  • smart: Take 70,000 steps in 10 out of 12 weeks + weekly questions.
  • pro: In 40 out of 48 weeks, 60,000 steps + weekly questions.

You always start with the warm-up challenge and can then choose smart or pro.

Participation in the smart or pro move challenge is possible once a year. But it doesn't get boring between the challenges either: your steps can still be counted. You can see how many steps you have taken, how active you were during the week and what your daily average looks like.
