The number you are looking for can be found on the back of your mhplus card. It is located in the bottom left-hand corner.

To use the online mailbox, proceed as follows:
First log in to your personal online branch. Select the area for the mailbox there and confirm activation. Then enter your e-mail address.
As soon as everything has been set up, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification when there are new messages for you.
