With the bonus app, you have your benefits at your fingertips at all times. We'll show you how to navigate the app and redeem your bonus with ease.

How to find your way around the main menu

The main menu of the app is divided into three areas:

Bonus programmes - this is where you record your activities in Fitcash, Potzblitz children's bonus and baby bonus.
Feedback - send us your opinion or suggestion. Your opinion is important to us.
Good to know - here you will find everything else: for example, your mailbox with information on submitted bonus measures or the contact options. You can also find the conditions of participation here - with all the requirements and the respective bonus amounts. You can also delete your account here or inform us of an app problem.

At the top right you will find your profile - you can easily log out here.

Tap Fitcash health bonus in the menu. Select whether you want to enter measures for this year or last year.
You will see an overview of all measures in the list. Tap to see important information and requirements. You usually have to enter a date and the organisation, e.g. a practice. You usually have three options for providing proof:
+ take a photo directly from the app
+ upload a picture from the gallery (import files)
+ digital signature on site (have the practice team sign)
In addition to the overview, you will also find "Redeem bonus" and "Invoice bonus" in the Fitcash menu.
Choose whether you want to have the bonus paid out directly or whether you want to get even more with the invoice bonus. If you want to use the invoice bonus, tap on "Submit invoices".
Select a healthcare service, enter the date of purchase and the costs and upload the receipt - or take a photo of it directly in the app. The amount of the submitted invoices is displayed in the overview.
Finally, tap on "Redeem", agree to the conditions of participation and data protection and tap on "Send".

For the Potzblitz bonus, we first need a few details about your child: the date of birth and the policyholder number. Simply enter these and then click on "Create Potzblitz". Then you can start immediately.
Select the year for which you want to report the activities.
Tap on "Measures". There you will see a list of activities for which there is a reward.
Record the activities in the same way as in the Fitcash programme: select the activity and upload the proof - either by picture or signature.
Have you collected all the activities? You can tap "Redeem bonus" in the Potzblitz bonus menu. Agree to the conditions of participation and data protection and tap on "Send".

To get started, tap on "Create baby bonus". To do this, we need a few details about the child: name, policyholder number and date of birth. You can also do this for several children, i.e. twins or multiples.
You will then be in the Baby Bonus menu. Tap on "Measures". There you will see a list of the actions for which there is a reward.
In the menu, you can switch between actions that affect you - for example, a check-up - or actions for the child, such as a paediatric check-up.
Confirm the activities, as with Fitcash or Potzblitz: you can upload a picture as proof or confirm with a signature.
Have you recorded all activities? Then you can tap on "Redeem bonus" in the baby bonus menu. Agree to the conditions of participation and data protection and tap on "Send".
